For Physical Items
We hope you’re happy with your order! For physical products shipped to you please contact us if you are dissatisfied to discuss refunds or store credit options.
For Workshop Tickets & Classes (including one-on-one workshops)
Cancellations up to 7 days before the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations up to 48 hours before the workshop will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours in advance.
For In-Person Print Appointments (or other services)
Your appointment fee reserves your spot with one of our knowledgeable studio assistants. They are here for you for the duration of your appointment! This fee is not a deposit and does not cover the services you're using (printing, button making, etc) which will be charged separately based on what you're making. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you are not able to make it. Stuff happens—we know it! However, not showing up ties up a slot for someone else wanting to print, and leaves our studio assistants hanging. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the appointment fee.
For Print Orders
You can receive up to a full refund during the pre-production stage of the print process, minus any file set-up, design, or consultation fees. Once we have started the production phase (where the printing happens!), no refunds will be issued. Regardless of when a cancellation happens, any material costs such as paper, binding supplies, ink, etc. that we had to order for your project are non-refundable.
